Due to the nature of our business and the fact that our products are sourced and fulfilled through third-party suppliers, all sales are final once an order has been placed and processed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
- Entering an incorrect shipping address
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Items no longer being wanted after purchase
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it may be sent directly to our supplier for fulfillment. Because of this, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order after it has been submitted.
If you notice an issue with your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at lorencestudios@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to assist you before the order is processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Items reported after a reasonable inspection period may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Shipping times may vary depending on supplier location, destination country, customs processing, and carrier delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at lorencestudios@gmail.com and we will review the issue with the supplier or carrier where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
All products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, you will need to place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
To request a return under the EU cooling-off period, please contact us at lorencestudios@gmail.com before sending any item back.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you once the issue or return has been reviewed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
