Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
Multiple Packages
Because we work with different suppliers and fulfillment partners, items in the same order may be shipped separately.
You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for a single order.
Delivery Issues
